Each tile is 19 3/4” (500mm) x 19 3/4” (500mm) x 1/2" (12mm) thick and there are 4 tiles per square meter. The foam will pass FVMSS 302 flammability test and the foam meets the requirements of Schedule 1, Part 1, of the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire)(Safety) Regulations, S.I. 1324 of 1988 (Amended 1989)(Amended 1993). The density of the foam is 80kg/m3 and the CLD hardness at 40% compression is 25 (kPa) Minimum. The price per square meter is £14.40. These Acoustic Floor Tiles will improve airborne sound insulation, improve the acoustic performance of your carpet, are simply laid under your carpet, can be easily cut and shaped to size, are easily installed and they require no gluing. The floor tiles will help to reduce the room modes that are common in small, square and rectangular rooms. This will in turn improve the acoustics of the room giving you better response. Carpet is only effective at treating higher frequencies. After you install the floor tiles underneath the carpet the absorption range is vastly icreased to bring you a room that works in harmony with your equipment and other acoustic treatment already installed.
