Can I come and collect my foam?
Yes you can but you need to order the foam before you turn up.

Can I have a look at the foam and see it working?
Yes you can, just call us or email us to book yourself in for a view.

Is Advanced Acoustics foam flame-retardant?
Yes it is, all foam meet the requirements of schedule 1, part 1 the Furniture and Furnishings (fire) (safety) Regulations 1988 (amended 1989). Also no CFC's of HCFC's are used as alternative blowing agents in the manufacture of these foam grades, all water blown technology is used. No brominated compounds are used in the manufacture of these foam grades.

How long will it take for the product to get to me?
All our orders are processed and dispatched the same or next working day. Your order will be with you within three days. We pride ourselves in our quick service, so if you are not completely satisfied please let us know.

Is Advanced Acoustics' foam available in different colours?
The only colour we use is dark grey because of its ability to resist fading and this colour has been the most popular with the majority.
