- "After spending about £3000 on a 58" Panasonic Plasma display that I use for both TV and PC I was very disappointed by the very loud buzzing sound that was heard after the unit was wall mounted.  Subsequent web searching revealed that this was 'not a fault' but was a common occurance with these large plasma units.  Further enquiries led me to your site where you patiently answered all my queries (at the most irregular hours!) and suggested a possible cure.  Although this entailed spending a further £100, you clearly knew your subject so I was happy to put my faith in you.  The materials were delivered the very next day and were easily installed by myself.  The result was absolutely astounding!  The very noticable buzzing sound was almost totally eradicated and even listening intently close to the panel there was no more noise than one would expect from a small traditional TV; certainly nothing that is apparent under normal listening conditions.  By fitting the two materials (AcoustiSlab and Tegular Tiles) in this way I was able to leave a considerable airgap behind the panel with a vent along the top adjacent to it's original three fans.  After several hours use of the screen air leaving this area was barely warm so there should be no risk of overheating.  As a final bonus, far from being obtrusive, the tiles actually visually enhance the lines of the dislplay and I find it easier to watch it now with this darker border.  As you might imagine, I am extremely pleased with the overall outcome and I would like to thank you very much for all your help and guidance in solving this problem."
