STS Mega Strength PU Adhesive — Slow Set | 600ml
STS Mega Strength Slow Set is a polyurethane adhesive formulated for bonding STS TG4 Construction Board, providing the same exceptionally high bond strength as the fast set version with a 30-minute open time. The extended working time allows boards to be laid, adjusted, and repositioned across the installation before the adhesive begins to set — important on larger floor areas where multiple boards are being placed in sequence and precise alignment is required before the adhesive grabs.
The adhesive foams slightly on application to fill small voids and surface irregularities beneath the board, ensuring full contact without excessive foam bleed. Supplied in a 600ml foil format. One foil covers 10–12 TG4 Construction Boards. The foil packaging can be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way once empty.
Applications
- Tongue and groove joints — suitable for bonding the tongue and groove joints between boards, locking the floor panel assembly together and eliminating movement at the board edges.
