Small Kits — 24 to 32 Tiles + 4 × 2ft Bass Traps

The Small Starter Kits are configured for smaller rooms or tighter budgets. Each Small kit pairs acoustic foam wall tiles with 4 matching 2ft (610mm) corner bass traps, providing both high-frequency wall treatment and low-frequency corner treatment in a single purchase. Tile counts range from 24 to 32 per kit depending on the profile, covering 2.23–2.96m² of wall and ceiling surface. The Small kit is designed as a starting point that can be expanded with additional tiles or bass traps as the acoustic treatment develops. Available in Mid Grey and Dark Grey.

Large Kits — 48 Tiles + 4 × 3ft Bass Traps

The Large Starter Kits are configured for larger rooms or more comprehensive treatment. Each Large kit pairs 48 acoustic foam wall tiles with 4 matching 3ft (915mm) corner bass traps, providing double the wall coverage of the Small kits alongside full-length corner bass traps. Tile coverage is 4.46m² of wall and ceiling surface across all Large kits. The Large kit is designed as a comprehensive starting point that can be expanded with additional tiles or bass traps as required. Available in Mid Grey and Dark Grey.

Wedge Studio Starter Kits

The Wedge Studio Starter Kits pair the classic Wedge 12" tile (40mm, NRC 0.60, Class D) with matching Wedge Corner Bass Traps. The wedge profile is the most widely recognised acoustic foam format and the most cost-efficient option in the Starter Kit range. The Small kit contains 24 tiles + 4 × 2ft bass traps covering 2.23m²; the Large kit contains 48 tiles + 4 × 3ft bass traps covering 4.46m². Suited to podcast studios, vocal booths, home studios, and rehearsal rooms where high-frequency flutter echo and reverberation are the primary acoustic problems and corner bass control is required alongside.

Wedge PRO Studio Starter Kits

The Wedge PRO Studio Starter Kits pair the Wedge PRO 12" tile (75mm, NRC 0.95, Class B) with matching Wedge Corner Bass Traps. The 75mm tile depth delivers high-performance broadband absorption with strong low-mid frequency performance. The Small kit contains 24 tiles + 4 × 2ft bass traps covering 2.23m²; the Large kit contains 48 tiles + 4 × 3ft bass traps covering 4.46m². Suited to recording studios, control rooms, and mixing environments where Class B broadband treatment and corner bass control are required.

Slider Studio Starter Kits

The Slider Studio Starter Kits pair the Slider 12" tile (65mm, NRC 0.85, Class C) with matching Original Corner Bass Traps. The 65mm tile depth delivers effective broadband absorption with strong low-mid performance and a flat 1.00 absorption response from 1kHz to 4kHz. The Small kit contains 32 tiles + 4 × 2ft bass traps covering 2.96m²; the Large kit contains 48 tiles + 4 × 3ft bass traps covering 4.46m². Suited to recording and broadcast environments where Class C broadband treatment and corner bass control are required.

Wave Studio Starter Kits

The Wave Studio Starter Kits pair the Mini Wave 12" tile (60mm) with matching Wave Corner Bass Traps. The wave profile produces a distinctive undulating wall surface. The Small kit contains 24 tiles + 4 × 2ft bass traps covering 2.23m²; the Large kit contains 48 tiles + 4 × 3ft bass traps covering 4.46m². AeroFoil Studio Starter Kits

The AeroFoil Studio Starter Kits pair the AeroFoil 12" tile (68mm, NRC 0.75, Class C) with matching Quadrant Corner Bass Traps. The 68mm tile is the deepest in the standard 12" range, and the swept aerofoil profile produces a distinctive curved wall surface. The Small kit contains 24 tiles + 4 × 2ft bass traps covering 2.23m²; the Large kit contains 48 tiles + 4 × 3ft bass traps covering 4.46m². Suited to recording studios and control rooms where a curved aerofoil wall finish is preferred alongside Class C broadband treatment and corner bass control.

Euphonic Studio Starter Kits

The Euphonic Studio Starter Kits pair a mixed-profile tile pack — combining Wedge 12" tiles (40mm) and bevelled tegular tiles (50mm) — with matching Wedge Corner Bass Traps. The mixed profile produces a varied wall surface combining the classic wedge profile with a clean flat-face bevel. Combined tile performance achieves NRC 0.80 (Class C) covering 2.96m² (Small, 32 tiles) or 4.46m² (Large, 48 tiles). Suited to recording studios, control rooms, and rehearsal spaces where a mixed-profile wall finish is preferred alongside Class C broadband treatment and corner bass control.

Choosing the Right Kit

Kit selection is determined by two decisions: profile and size. Profile selection is primarily aesthetic — at equivalent NRC and thickness, all foam profiles deliver comparable acoustic results, so choose the wall finish preferred for the installation environment. Size selection is determined by room dimensions and the level of treatment required — the Small kit for smaller rooms or starting points, the Large kit for larger rooms or more comprehensive treatment. Construction and Compliance

All components across the Studio Starter Kit range share a common construction specification: 30kg/m³ open-cell polyurethane acoustic foam, precision CNC cut, meeting Crib 5 and Schedule 1, Part 1 of the Furnishings and Furniture (Fire)(Safety) Regulations 1988 (amended 1989). Wall tiles measure 305mm × 305mm across all kits; bass traps measure 305mm × 305mm × 610mm (2ft) in Small kits and 305mm × 305mm × 915mm (3ft) in Large kits. All components are manufactured in the Advanced Acoustics UK facility and shipped uncompressed from stock. Available in Mid Grey and Dark Grey.
